The  Seawater Strainer 4″ is a heavy-duty, high-capacity marine filtration unit designed to protect your vessel’s pumps, engine cooling systems, and seawater-cooled equipment from debris, sand, and other impurities. Inside the unit, the filter basket and bolts are manufactured from AISI 316L stainless steel, known for its enhanced resistance to corrosion and longer service life in seawater. The basket has a perforation size of 1.7 mm, effectively filtering out debris and preventing foreign objects from entering the water intake system. The side inlet/outlet configuration (4″) allows for straightforward installation in larger piping systems, making it compatible with high-capacity marine cooling pumps and other seawater circulation setups.
