Marvair Chiller OLED Joystick Control Display

The Marvair Chiller OLED Joystick Control Display connects to the Marvair Control Board (ASY-360) and allows for the control of a single-stage chiller system. The Marvair Control Family was designed to support either DX/CW cabin control or chiller system control, all with a common control board. When operating as a chiller control, the Marvair provides all of the required features for safe and simple operation.

It can be mounted in either the Vimar Idea or Gewiss Playbus frames. Hundreds of decorative bezels are available for either line.

Features

• Universal 115/230 VAC 50/60 Hz power supply
• Directly drives compressor, loop water pump, and reversing valve AC outputs (and can also drive contactors)
• Sea water pump output is pilot duty and drives a contactor or pump relay
• High and low refrigerant pressure switch inputs
• 8-pin RJ-45 Display Interface
• Flow switch input
• Supply and return water temperature sensor inputs
• Control display allows for all programming and control
• Supports FX-2 Control Board w/ EasyStart daughterboard option

Before you start:

1. Applying power: When power is first applied, the display will show the software revision, and then return to the last state the unit was in when power was removed. On/Off Button Up Button Mode Select Service Button Button (Unmarked) Down Button

2. Joystick operation: The four position joystick may be tapped up, down, right, left or in the center to make changes to the operation of the control. Gently tap this switch to operate it. Excessive force will damage the switch.

3. Operating states: Pressing the joystick in the center will toggle between OFF and ON. When the display is OFF the display will appear dark**. When the display is ON, the display shows the operating screen**. See operating screens for an example. Switch between these states by pressing and releasing the On/Off button.
